Our two bedroom apartments have one queen bed and two single beds, with private bathroom and toiletries provided. Each apartment has a lounge area with sofa bed, dining table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, tea/coffee making facilities, iron/ironing board and a smart TV. Your bedside lamps also double as wireless device chargers. Enjoy free WiFi and daily room servicing The space We are a Socially Sustainable hotel located next to the Botanic Gardens in Christchurch. Our property has 2 communal kitchens on levels 1 and 2, a laundry room with iron and ironing board on level 2, 4 communal lounges on levels 1 – 4, and a bar and bistro on the ground floor. Guest access We are located at 12 Hereford Street, just opposite the Arts Centre and the Christchurch Botanic Gardens. We have an on-site carpark which guests can use for $25 per night. There is also street parking available which is free overnight (6pm to 9am) but must be paid for outside these hours.
