A Great Authentic Experience We live in district 8, just on the other side of the bridge that brings you in district 1 where most tourists attractions are and in district 5, Cholon, the famous Chinese neighborhood and district 4 along the river going to Saigon river opposite district 1. From another the bridge reach Phu My Hung district 7 such as new city with restaurant and shopping small exhibition event. The space Our lovely apartment is new, fully furnished. There are several nice convenience stores, coffee shops & Restaurants nearby. Wifi & utilities are included. Each apartment has its own kitchenette and private bathroom. Our built house has four floors. Each room offers a comfortable queen size bed, a private bathroom, small kitchen, air-conditioning, fan, TV, wifi, large window and glass door to let in natural light, and a small balcony overlooking street life. Each room can accommodate 2 persons. Many of our previous guests really enjoyed the 360 view offered from our rooftop terrace at sunrise, sundown, or to see the city lights in the evening. During the day, you can rent motorbike about 120,000 VND to150,000VND (depending on type) and in less than 15 minutes, you see the Ben Thanh market, Reunification Palace, Duc Ba church or the War museum ..... from there you can ride motorbice any where in district 1. Guest access Roof top (terrace) Laundry room. Parking motorbike. During your stay There had finger printer open the gate and door man. No matter if it is during day time or middle in the night. Other things to note ☆ Guests need to provide personal information (ID or Passport) for the host to register local stay. ☆ TURN OFF all AC, lights and electrical outlets before leaving the apartment; ☆ No drugs, no prostitute.
