aZul Zambales Beach House & Sandbar Villa (23 pax)

aZul Zambales Beachfront House and Sandbar Villa partnership to accommodate up to 26 persons. aZul has 3 cottages (3 bedrooms total) with own kitchen, dining, kayak, paddle board, etc., can sleep 15-18 persons. Sandbar Villa has 1 spacious bedroom that can sleep 8 persons and has its own plunge pool. aZul Beach House and Sandbar Villa are just a few steps to each other. Rate is good for up to 23 pax only. AZUL can accommodate extra pax for ₱500 per extra pax per night fee. The space AZUL Beach House can sleep 15-18 pax. Sandbar pool Villa can sleep up to 8 pax max. AZUL @ZambalesBeachHouse has 3 air-conditioned cottages: (1) The main beachfront house has an alfresco living area in its front balcony with unobstructed views of the West Philippine Sea and spectacular sunsets. The air-conditioned bedroom has two (2) full double beds, semi-double sofa bed, and floor mattress (6 pax). The spacious bathroom has a water heater. Its alfresco dining area and function & well-equipped kitchen are facing the nearby river right at the backyard with views of the mountains where the sun rises. (2) The second cottage is the Triple Bunk Garden Cottage that has a triple deck. (4-6 pax) (3) The third cottage is the Riverside Cottage that has a double deck and a semi-double sofa bed. (2-6 pax) The 1,000 square meters property can accommodate bigger groups but they bring their own tents or their own floor mattresses and sleep at the verandah, on our hammocks, sofa or day bed. There is also a hanging riverside hut, beachfront garden set, outdoor shower, grill, etc. Sandbar Villa has 4 queen beds (8 pax). For much bigger groups, you can book our neighbor resort's rooms . Guest access Enjoy basic home conveniences in AZUL Beach House like a functional kitchen & 6-11 seater dining; al-fresco beachfront patio; multi-car parking; barbecue pit; etc. AZUL also has a plunge pool by the river with mountain view. Once you step inside, you'll find yourself instantly welcomed - it’s just like your best friend's beach house! Guests also have private use of Sandbar Villa's dipping pool. Price is for the entire properties of Azul Beachfront House & River Cottages, and Sandbar Villa; exclusive. Azul has a main beachfront house + 2 cottages for up to 15 pax. Sandbar Villa can sleep up to 8 pax only. If more than 23 pax, Azul can accommodate extra pax for ₱500 per extra pax per night. Extra pax exceeding 18 pax sleeping capacity of Azul should bring own tents or rent room/ villa from our neighbor resort. Four (4) kids 6 years old and below are free to share beds with parents. Azul Beach House's kitchen is equipped with a 2-door refrigerator/ freezer, 2-burner gas stove, pots & pans, cutleries, flatware, dining ware, pot holders, water jug, etc. For those who don't cook, your options also include asking Manang caretaker to buy or cook food for you Vacation home rental only, so no services like food & beverage but you can bring food & drinks and cook there (no corkage fee whatsover). Our guests can also communicate in advance with ourcaretaker for her availability and fees to cook for them. Sandbar Villa has food & beverage service. You can pre-order food (dine in there or any of their beachfront gazebos or have them deliver food to the house and/or villa). Guests also have free unlimited use of aZul's tandem kayak and paddle board. Other things to note Kindly note that tap and shower water become salty during non-rainy season. But we provide a 5-gallon water jug for every night’s stay. There are also times when waves are strong. There may be parts of the sea that will have drops and unexpected strong currents and other potential hazards, so please take extra precaution when at the shore in the water. Our place usually offers peace & quiet, but there may be sporadic noise or music from neighbors. It may be beyond our control, but please do not hesitate to let us know if they become noisy. There may also be brownouts/ outages that the local electric company cannot avoid, but it does not always happen and would usually last for a few minutes or hours only. Azul Beachfront House & River Cottages has solar power but it's backup battery cannot power the air-conditioners should there be power outages at night. But Azul's solar power can provide energy for the entire Azul property during the day; when the sun is up. There are also certain seasons when there are flies and mosquitoes. We try our best to keep the property clean and control/ eliminate insects as much as possible, but we cannot totally promise a pest-free stay for our guests. We provide mosquito coils and there are pesticides guests can use during stay. Listing price is good for 23 persons only. AZUL Zambales charges ₱500 per extra pax per night in excess of 15 pax rate capacity. Sandbar pool Villa can only sleep max of 8 pax. Extra pax exceeding sleeping capacity should bring own tents. Two (2) kids 6 years old and below are free to share beds with parents. Only 3 small well-trained pets are allowed. 2 pets can stay in aZul Beach House and 1 pet can stay in Sandbar Villa. ₱500 per pet per night fee. Please make sure they don’t poop or pee inside the room and you thoroughly clean up after them, especially for shedding furry friends. We will be compelled to charge a cleaning fee should there be any violations.
