Spiral staircase in foyer leads to the rooftop deck. Guest access This Loft has its own entry which is controlled by an electronic lock system. Entry to the building and the hallways are the only shared/common areas. As there is no staff on site, a team member will reach out by email or call ahead to obtain a card on file to activate your door codes. There is a mini bar in your loft suite; billed based on consumption. Other things to note MUST BE 21 TO RENT. The SLO downtown nightlife & entertainment district is open and accompanied by noise until 2 am. Additionally, the City generally schedules daily maintenance and cleaning for early mornings. Please be aware as the noises from these activities can be loud and disruptive, and are to be expected as part of the downtown urban experience.
