One house from the beach, this sunny, clean, well-appointed studio, is perfectly located in the popular Willard Beach Neighborhood - close to the sandy beach, Willard Square village shops and restaurants, light houses & parks & Downtown Portland. The space This sunny studio has cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, a spacious bathroom, sweet kitchenette, original art, and fine furniture. There are nice views of the ocean from the apartment, and you are so close you can hear the waves crashing and smell the great salt air. Guest access In addition to the apartment, renters will have access to the back porch with a sky chair and a eating area for two. The fenced-in back yard is also accessible as is off street parking. Laundry is shared with the owner. Other things to note It is a very dog-friendly area and you'll be able to find lots to do with your dog(s); however, if you'd like to go out to dinner or do an activity where your dog(s) is not welcome, I am happy to arrange very trustworthy dog-walking/sitting services. Well-behaved, socialized dogs who won't have a problem with the house cat, are very welcome! The space is separate, but there is a chance for interaction with Willard - the very friendly cat. No smoking or vaping in the unit or on the porch. There is a shed and private yard for smoke/vape breaks.
