Welcome to the vacation apartments in the Sellin Apartment Building!   Our villa, built in 1902 in the most beautiful spa resort style, is pleased to welcome you in a prime location. It is one of the most beautiful houses on Sellin's main promenade, Wilhelmstraße, which leads directly to the fine, mile-long beach at the famous Sellin pier. Here, you can enjoy the charm of the Roaring Twenties during your Rügen vacation. To the beach with the pier on ... The space Best suited for 1 person. Accommodates a maximum of 4 people, including a maximum of 3 adults. Size: 41 m² Other things to note ... it is only about 300 meters to the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin is part of the UNESCO South-East Rügen Biosphere Reserve, which boasts beautiful, unspoiled nature. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails in the surrounding area.   You can reach the center of this Baltic Sea resort in about 100 meters, and the Kleinbahnhof train station for the “Rasender Roland” train is about 800 meters away. In the center, there are various shops, stores, and many restaurants that invite you to linger.   All vacation apartments (max. 1 to 4 guests, 1–2 bedrooms, living room, shower/toilet, Wi-Fi available) are individually and comfortably furnished with care. They are quietly located in the rear annex. These apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. This service is provided to you free of charge. Therefore, we hereby expressly waive any legal claim to access that could be derived from this option. You can find more details about the vacation rentals in the detailed description for each unit offered.   Upon arrival, fresh towels will also be provided, and the beds will already be made with linens. The apartments are not cleaned daily; they are cleaned only after check-out! A children's travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Parking spaces are limited. The public transport bus stop is only about 500 meters away. A lockable room is available for bicycles that guests bring with them. IMPORTANT: After making a booking, please always call Haus Sellin and not the agent regarding arrival times!!! Our one-room vacation rental can accommodate 3 guests and a child in a travel crib. In the combined living/sleeping area, there is a comfortable queen-size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, a seating area/couch, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table for guests and a wardrobe. Separated by a curtain, a small side room contains a single bed with a bedside table and reading lamp, as well as a wardrobe. The kitchenette is located in a separate anteroom and is equipped with a stove, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. In the hallway on the floor, there is a coffee machine and a large seating area. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, and toilet.   Upon arrival, fresh towels are also provided, and the beds are already made with linens. These apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi.
