The space -Create unforgettable memories at this 5 bedroom/3 bathroom house; 8ft fenced backyard; and grand pool & patio. -Plenty of space for 12 guests for families & friends. You are conveniently located to most major DFW hotspots. -We welcome furry family with a non-refundable pet fee and approval from us! -Plenty of parking on the street but no more than 2 cars unless approved. Guest access -Entire home is for you to use except the locked garage. Other things to note -Please NO parties/large gatherings, loud music, yelling etc. We want to be courteous and respectful to our neighbors. -No unauthorized guests, smoking, and large gatherings. -Pool is not heated -Outdoor cameras in place in the pool equipment area, front yard and driveway that is recording during the guests’ reservation. -Guest takes full responsibility and liability for injury at the pool & anywhere else at the house.
