The 26 sqm apartment consists of a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment is designed for a maximum of three people. The sleeping arrangements include a double bed and a fold-out single sofa bed. Carefully selected accessories give the apartment a cozy atmosphere. Apartments from this module are located on all floors of the building. When making a reservation, it is not possible to choose a specific apartment - the allocation is random. The space The character of the Marina Kąty Rybackie estate perfectly fits into the atmosphere of the entire village – a charming fishing village. Modern residential buildings (4-storey with elevators) are located just a few steps from the yacht marina and the fishing port. Some apartments have a view of the Vistula Lagoon or the forest. The youngest guests can use the neighborhood playground. There is a grocery store (300 m) near the complex, and in the neighboring fishing port there is a smokehouse, a fry shop and a fish shop. About 1 km from the investment there are two public playgrounds, a football pitch, basketball court and a gym "under the cloud". The main entrance to the beach can be reached by car or electric car (about 1.5 km). Walking along a charming forest path takes 15 minutes. A walk to the beach along a forest road, directly from the estate, takes about 20 minutes (2 km).
