The space Casa Nannina B&B is located in the town of Meta, at the beginning of the Sorrento Coast, in a small picturesque hamlet called Casa Starita, just 4 km from Sorrento and 12 km from the Amalfi Coast. This is the gateway to all the major tourist sites in the area, as well as the perfect place for anyone who just wants to sit back and get away from it all. Our house, surrounded by olive and citrus trees, faces the Gulf of Naples and the Sorrento coast, which can be seen in the distance. Surrounded by nature and calm, it is also quite close to the center of town (200 mt), the beaches (2 km) and the train station (800mt) which can be easily reached on foot. For those wishing to travel without the car within the town of Meta and reach by bus the beaches, the center or the railway, there is an internal bus service. The bus stop is on the main road, just 20 meters from Casa Nannina. The house can be reached only on foot along an alley 20 meters away from the main road, where a free private unattended parking lot is made available to our guests. In the small outdoor area, a comfortable lounge and free wi-fi will be at your disposal. The breakfast, included in the price, is pre-packaged and at your disposal in the room every day. Casa Nannina has preserved the antique and authentic details of a classic country home, such as the hearth, the old-time centerpiece of the house. Each room gives you the sensation of days gone by. We have chosen to keep the original characteristics of the building, adding on all necessary modern conveniences. The furniture, the curtains, and the interior decorations are all made by hand by local artisans, and all beds have Memory Foam mattresses and pillows. The house has 6 rooms: Il Focolare, Il Ricamo, Il Riposo, Il Pozzo, La Legnaia, La Dispensa, all with en-suite bathroom and independent entrances, on two floors: three on the ground floor, which face the inner courtyard, and three on the upper floor, accessible by two flights of stairs. In the double room Il Pozzo, once upon a time, water was pulled up daily from the ancient well (now sealed). The room is on the ground floor. It has a barrel vaulted ceiling and a high window that opens onto the yard. Although this room is the smallest in Casa Nannina, it is equipped with all comforts. A small space with a table and chairs is at your disposal.
