Athani Summer House (Apartment 03)

Athani Summer House is a new apartment rental space that we hope will become your favorite accommodation destination. It is a luxurious detached house divided into four independent apartments with unlimited views of the Ionian Sea. In a lush olive grove and within walking distance of the most beautiful beaches of the island, Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Gialos, Athani Summer House invites you to get to know it and experience moments of relaxation and tranquility. The space At Athani Summer House there are four apartments with independent entrances. Two apartments are on the first floor and the other two on the ground floor. All four have unlimited sea views while two have balconies with mountain views. Each apartment has a private bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen fully equipped (fridge, oven, cookware). They also have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and private parking. The apartments can definitely accommodate 4 to 5 people In the bedrooms there is a double bed and in the living rooms a sofa that becomes a double bed. There is also the possibility of providing an extra auxiliary bed. We provide you with sheets, towels and some basic cleaning items such as: hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper. Guest access Guests can access the area from the road that leads to the beach of Gialos. Specifically, immediately after the end of the village of Dragano, the visitor will follow the road that leads to the beach of Gialos. The road is along the entire length of the asphalt and ends after 1500m in the private parking of our space. Other things to note At a distance of 35 km from the town of Lefkada, Athani is the closest point of the island to the beaches of Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Gialos. This small settlement with its panoramic view of the Ionian Sea, the lush environment away from the bustling city, gave us the strength to create the Athani Summer House. Originating from this unique place, called Athani, in the first years of the economic crisis, the idea of creating rental apartments was born. With our love for the place and the desire to create as our only weapons, and having as an ally the beaches of the island and the enchanting sunset, my husband and I decided to transform our detached house into a welcoming and pleasant place to stay with modern equipment and modern aesthetics.
