Cozy house on the Hudson

House has been completely updated with a new bathroom, new kitchen, and patio. Bright and sunny location with all new windows. Bedroom has views of the Hudson, with comfortable Queen bed and a private bathroom. I live on a dead-end street with Sing Sing prison on one side, and the Beautiful Hudson River on the backside. You can see the Hudson River and Tappan Zee bridge from bedroom, living room and kitchen.. I am close to public transportation with an easy ride on the Hudson line from NYC. You can hear and see the train from the deck. Phelps Memorial Hospital-3miles, Rockefeller State Park-4 miles, Pace University-8 miles. Three video surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home and they are located at the front of the house, patio, and the back deck to the left as you exit. STOP SIGNS- Please do not roll thru the stops signs, or you will get a ticket!
