The Fairfax Arms

Located on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, The Fairfax Arms offers 4-star accommodations and a traditional, oak-beamed bar. It has peaceful gardens, and is a 30-minute drive from York. The elegant rooms come with homemade biscuits, freshly ground coffee and fresh fruit. Some retain original wooden beams, and all have a flat-screen TV and iPod docking station. Guests can enjoy a drink in the bar, with its open log fire. There is outside seating for warmer weather, and a restaurant serving meals made from fresh local ingredients. Wi-Fi is free throughout The Fairfax Arms, and there is space for free private parking on site. The family room consists of 2 small bedrooms divided by a connecting door. If you would like to make use of the second bedroom there will be additional charges.
