Welcome to Casa de B.O.B. (Best on Beach)! This is a recently remodeled, renovated, 2 bedroom (with 2 king beds), 2 bathroom condo with panoramic direct Gulf front views. Unit has newer furnishings, and is decorated with contemporary flair, a little local art and a bit of Rock-n-Roll edge. Unit has 2 Gulf front balconies - one off living area and another off master bedroom. Each opens up wide to view spectacular sunsets, crashing waves and jumping dolphins. Unit contains the latest amenities possible including: free WiFi, state of the art flat screen Samsung TV's with a 55' SmartTV in the living room, 40' flat sceen TV in master bedroom and 36' flat screen Samsung TV in 2nd Bedroom. Echo show and/or spots with Alexa throughout. Unit has two balconies, one off living area and another off master bedroom, which open up to the Gulf of Mexico. Unit comes with remote controlled electric solar shades in both living room and master bedroom. Best of all, unit has new 'retractable' sliding glass doors in living room that disappear into the wall giving you a 'wide open' view of the Gulf from living, dining and kitchen areas. You have to see it to believe it! The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled with newer cabinetry and granite countertops. Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and cookware. Both bathrooms have stacked stone showers, come stocked with premium towels, and the master shower is glass enclosed. Condo has nice designer touches - stacked stone in master bedroom on main/accent wall and around the wood-burning fireplace in living room, as well as a contemporary bar area with floating shelves, wine cabinet and under lighting in living room. Unit is ideal for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, each with its own king bed; however, there is an additional full size sleeper sofa in the living to accommodate another 2 people (6 people total in the unit) if needed. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and well appointed with all bedding, remote controlled bedside wall sconce lighting, and ceiling fans. Closets in both bedrooms have been nicely remodeled by California Closets with plenty of build-ins and storage. This unit comes with everything you need for an outstanding beach vacation, including plush beach towels, sturdy Tommy Bahama beach chairs, big beach umbrella, portable cooler and a multitude of beach toys. The health and safety of our guests and our staff is our top priority. To protect against the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), our housekeeping standards and cleaning procedures have been enhanced to be in line with CDC guidelines, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces and the use of bleach-based cleaning solutions. We are a self-catering vacation rental and offer self check-in. However, we live close by and we, or a representative, will be available as needed. Feel free to message through app or text/call contact provided with check-in details. The 'Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach' area is one of America's best kept secrets. Fantastic location; a friendly laid back beach community that is minutes to groceries, a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, golfing, boating, sailing, fishing, jet-skiing, biking, every activity imaginable. It is centrally located between St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Tampa. Universal, Disney World, Epcot, Hard Rock Casino and Busch Gardens just a short drive away. The Indian Shores area is very walkable with many restaurants and coffee shops close by. Additionally, a beach trolley runs up and down the beach on Gulf Blvd. between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach/Passe-a-Grille from 5 AM - 10 PM daily and until midnight on Friday and Saturday. Numerous stops are located on both sides of the street. Look for the colorful marker signs and/or "shelters" on Gulf Blvd. There are stops on both sides of Gulf Blvd about 1/2 block north of the property. Look for the glass "shelters." What We Provide: The unit is fully furnished with all the appliances and utensils we believe are necessary for daily living. It also includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. For your convenience, initial set-up/starter supplies, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and some toiletries are supplied. Note that our vacation rental properties are “self-catering” accommodations and the “starter supply” is intended to help you get started and not intended to last your entire stay. We do not supply more than the initial supply to the property, and it is likely you may have to purchase some additional supplies during your stay. Cleaning: A departure housekeeping fee was included in your rental payment, and the unit will be cleaned after your departure. Additional/interim cleanings along with linen service may be arranged during your stay for an additional housekeeping fee. Pets: We are dog friendly with an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee - 2 dog maximum and must be approved in advance. Sorry no pit-bulls, Rottweilers, German shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, wolf-dog hybrids, any crossbreeds of the aforementioned, or any other dog that has been known to cause injury or is potentially dangerous. No cats. Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs: Should your unit be ready before our standard 4 PM check-in, we will notify you. If you would like a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to add another night to your reservation. We do not offer late check-outs and the unit needs to be vacated by our standard 10 AM check-out time as we need to adequately prepare the unit for the next guest. Internet: WIFI is available free of charge at the property; however, we cannot guarantee connectivity or the equipment. We do not provide internet support beyond providing login or access information.
