The KING master bedroom is dressed in island finery with private bathroom, walk in shower, and flat screen TV makes for the perfect retreat after a long day on the water. The balcony off of the master bedroom allows you to watch the glorious sunrise that our area has to offer. The guest bedroom offers 2 TWINS beds and a guest bathroom. You can "cook your catch" in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and drip coffee maker. The living room offers a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, flat screen TV and lanai. A WASHER/DRYER is available in this condo; along with free wifi. THE PROPERTY: Enjoy access to all the resort amenities including: - BEACH access from the property. Beach chairs are provided; - Huge heated swimming POOL and HOT TUB with loungers, umbrellas and tables; - Two private TENNIS courts and Pickleball - 24/7 FRONT gate security; - - Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property; - 2 assigned PARKING spots per each unit; - On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). MARINA INFORMATION: Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance. The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet. Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property. All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
