Welcome to Sea's The Day House 4 BR, 5 BA, Sleeps 12, Parking for 4 Cars, 175 feet from Wells Beach! Designed to be a vacation home, this is a 2500 sq ft beach house. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Best feature: The location. It's just steps from Wells Beach with all the amenities you want and need! There are 4 decks - 2 facing the ocean and 2 facing the Rachel Carson tidal salt marsh estuary. Weekly rentals only June 15 to September 14. All other dates require a 3 night minimum. FIRST FLOOR: The layout of the home is very well designed for open concept living and entertaining. The eat-in kitchen has bar stools around the island and a formal dining table. The living room features hardwood floors and 2 large comfy couches to sink into after a long day at the beach. There’s a flat screen TV in the living room and Wi-Fi throughout the house. There’s a washer and dryer locatedy near the front entry way and a guest half bath off the living room. There are 2 decks on the first floor of the house. The lower front deck is accessible through sliding glass doors from the living room. The lower rear deck is accessible from the first floor bedroom which has 2 twin beds. It also has its own private full bathroom. These decks allow you to sit outside and enjoy the fresh ocean air. You can enjoy morning coffee and drinks at night while listening to the ocean. TOP FLOOR: The top floor has 3 bedrooms; each one has its own private bathroom, for a total of 3 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom features a king size bed, ocean views and a large front deck. The adjacent bedroom has 2 queen size beds as well as twin size bunk-beds on the top and the bottom (4 beds total). This bedroom also has access to the front deck and faces the ocean. The last bedroom faces toward the back side of the house. It has a queen size bed and a private deck facing the salt marsh and estuary. *YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS. WE PROVIDE BEDSPREADS, BLANKETS, PILLOWS & BEACH TOWELS ONLY.* The entire house! The house has parking for 4 cars in the driveway. If additional parking is needed, there is limited parking on Gold Ribbon Drive. If you're looking for a carefree way to see the local area, you can walk just across the street to the Shoreline Trolley stop. The trolley operates on an established route (approximately 20 miles long) between the Ogunquit town line and the Bypass Road in Wells. *YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS. WE PROVIDE BEDSPREADS, BLANKETS, PILLOWS & BEACH TOWELS ONLY.* I live locally. If you have any questions about the area, activities to do, things to see, I am here to help. This is a quiet residential area with the beach right across the street. It is safe for children. There is parking for up to 4 cars. You can hear the ocean at night. There is a trolley stop right out front of the house. You can ride to Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. The Wells Beach Lobster Pound is just a few minutes walk away. Area restaurants and the grocery store are within close driving distance. We highly recommend you bring a car to get around. *PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS* We provide pillows, blankets and bedspreads & beach towels. The house has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. If you have more than 12 guests, please discuss with us prior to booking. This is a residential area - Quiet hours are 8 PM to 8 AM. Please respect neighbors. We are within walking distance to the Wells Beach Lobster Pound. Casino Square is just down the street. Wells Beach has everything you need for your vacation with miles of beaches to enjoy, lots of restaurants to choose from, and fabulous quaint little shops to explore at night after the beach!
