The space The apartment is a spacious three-room apartment arranged on a single floor and located on the 6th floor with an elevator, in a very quiet residential area. LIVING AREA WITH KITCHEN The apartment has been designed to offer maximum comfort. To the right of its entrance is a comfortable living area furnished with care and equipped with a spacious sofa that can become a double sofa bed if necessary. Here you will also find a smart TV with Netflix where you can relax and watch your favorite series. The Wi-Fi connection is free and fast. Next to the sofa is a coffee table with four chairs, perfect for small meals or an aperitif, or to work on a laptop during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. You will find a hob with 2 induction stoves, a microwave oven and a coffee machine to meet your culinary needs. From the living area you can directly access the balcony where you can cool off on warm summer evenings and enjoy a panoramic view of the city.
