The kitchen is generously equipped with an island with four bar stools, cooking utensils, pots/pans/frying pans, flatware, dishes, glassware, refrigerator, microwave, range, coffee maker, and toaster. Other things to note In support of the global effort to conserve energy resources utilizing reasonable practices, we have installed Ecobee “smart” thermostats in all of our listings that the guests can also control. The thermostats are preset with a maximum heating setting of 71 degrees and a minimum cooling setting of 72 degrees. There are no pets permitted in this unit.
