It is located approximately 10-15 minutes from historic downtown Hot Springs, Bathouse Row and Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort. Other things to note Please Note: During winter (November 1 through the end of February) all of Lake Hamilton is lowered by 4-6 feet and the cove in which the house is located may not be full of water.
