Villa Agrirosa is a spacious, well equipped and comfortable house, with exposed beams, arches and terracotta floors and it is furnished with antiques. Guests have the exclusive use of thegarden and pool (5x10 mt – 1,40 mt depth)furnished with deck chairs and sun umbrellas. Near the pool there is a covered outside dining area in panoramic position with BBQ. Washing machine, fans, ping pong table, covered car parking are available. The main entrance to the house is through a covered veranda, furnished with sofa and armchairs. On the ground floor there is: A living room with fireplace, sofa, armchair and tv; bright dining room with two French windows opening onto the garden; A fully equipped, rustic country kitchen furnished with oven, 5 rings cooker, microwave, American coffee maker, espresso machine, fridge with freezer, toaster and dishwasher; one double bedroom (queen size bed) with fan and with ensuite bathroom with shower; one toilet. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom with shower ; one triple bedroom (1 single bed 1,20 mt + 1 double bed 1,60m) with ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a tv in every bedroom. Washing machine, fans, ping pong table, covered car parking are available. The welcoming owners have their own vegetable garden and guests are free to pick vegetables. Typical Breakfast and dinners can be arranged on request and for an extra charge. The village of Monte San Savino is just 2 km away, with good restaurants, bar, grocery shops etc. Arezzo is about 27 km away from the house, while Siena is about 45 km away.
