Serve a feast at the adjacent dining table, or right at the counter where there's additional seating.  The living room includes plush furniture and a flat-screen cable TV. For a little fresh air, there is plenty of outdoor seating and numerous covered porches to choose from. For a backyard barbecue, fire up the gas grill, and enjoy your favorite TV program on patio! In the evening, retreat to one of 2 master bedrooms or 2 guest bedrooms, each equipped with a flat-screen cable TV.   Then there’s the beach! The house is a 5-6 minute walk to at least 3 public beach accesses! Enjoy one of America’s most beautiful beaches with breathtaking views, or ride your bikes just a short way to Grayton Beach to have breakfast or lunch! You can try the Red Bar, Chiringo, Another Broken Egg, Grayton Seafood Company...and when you’re on a bike, you never have to worry about finding a parking spot! We require college groups/guests to all be 21 and over, and if under 25, need to be chaperoned with at least two adults, 25 and over, or groups/guests need to be a family, also a $2500 deposit required. Chaperone needs to stay in the property during the entire stay. If this is a college group, there are additional fees, as well as a $2000 deposit required. Walk to Trebeache, one of local favorite restaurants on 30A, and your kids will love being able to walk across the street to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, the best ice cream shop on 30A .No RV's, trailers, boats, or Uhauls in neighborhood. Santa Rosa Beach is one of south Walton County's distinct beach neighborhoods known for turquoise ocean water, soft white sand beaches, and luxury beach houses such as this one!  Beyond the beach, there is upscale dining, shopping, art galleries and so much more to discover.  Take the kids out for ice cream at Blue Mountain Creamery just one-half mile away, while for a romantic dinner overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Fish Out of Water at WaterColor Inn is just a 15-minute car ride away.  Head over to the Gulf Place Town Center 3 miles away to discover the culture and arts community, or drive 30 minutes to Pier Park in Panama City.
