NO Smoking in condo or on balcony 3. Pets are NOT allowed. 4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated 5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 6. Two parking passes are included in your quoted price and will be delivered to your condo before you arrive. They must be displayed in your windshield. 7. The fee that Airbnb has listed as a “Cleaning Fee” actually includes the fee for Damage Waiver protection that we provide you plus the Booking Fee for this property. 8. Right to Enter: We reserve the right to enter the property for necessary inspections, repairs, or maintenance as outlined in the rental agreement, and in cases where we receive reports of disturbances or policy violations. Efforts will be made to notify guests in advance when possible. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our properties. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this property. We do not allow access without a completed rental agreement.
