Inside, unwind on the comfortable queen bed or stretch out on the futon—perfect for accommodating up to 3 guests. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave and compact refrigerator, making it easy to prepare simple meals or quick beach-day snacks. For added convenience, coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the second floor, making longer stays stress-free. Bedding Configuration: - Primary Bedroom: Queen bed + twin futon + private bathroom access Guest access Guests have complete and exclusive access to the entire condo during their stay. Other things to note ***ADDITIONAL DETAILS*** • RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement. • AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 19+ and stay for the entire reservation. • NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced. • SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags.
