SUNNY BEACH BARI is a beach break or a work stop, away from the city and traffic, on the GROUND FLOOR in a condominium building on the new Water Front, in the San Girolamo area of Bari. Outside the property, the "parking is public and free", then there is a public beach (with pebbles), a playground for children and a bike/pedestrian path. "Lido San Francesco" (equipped sandy beach) is 1 km away, the Airport 6 km, the Bari Fair 2 km and the Central Station 7 km. The space The style of Sunny Beach Bari is modern, linear and simple, but the exotic wallpaper gives an original and fresh touch, while the colors of the bathroom are reminiscent of the sea. All the furnishings have been recently purchased, and since the opening to date, every detail requested by its customers has been added. Through a shared entrance door, the house is divided into two independent units: on the left is "SUNNY ROOM", while on the right is "BEACH ROOM", each with a private bathroom. Our apartment offers air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a laundry room located in the common area at the entrance. "THERE IS NO COOKTOP," but there is a microwave, as well as everything you need for breakfast, from the coffee machine with capsules, to the fridge and sink. The ROOM has a double bed, an open wardrobe with drawers, and a desk. The BATHROOM is equipped with a shower and bidet and is stocked with towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. The window opens onto the street and unfortunately DOES NOT OFFER A SEA VIEW, as it is on the ground floor. Right next to the property, there is a restaurant: "La Brace Accesa", where the value for money is quite good. The neighborhood is home to various services, such as a bar: "Crema & Cioccolato", a pharmacy, a supermarket: "Coop", an American Bar: "Mamma Mia", a pizzeria/home-delivery delicatessen: "Rosa dei venti", one of the best-stocked shops in Southern Italy for Surf/Windsurf/Katesurf: "Impact Surf Shop", which in addition to selling sports equipment, organizes sea trips and beautiful experiences related to the world of sport, and finally a very professional Surf school known throughout Southern Italy: "Scuola SURF BARI" Guest access SUNNY ROOM is located on the GROUND FLOOR in a condominium building, so there are no stairs or steps. Other things to note Please note that our property is located within a condominium, so we ask our guests to respect some simple rules of common life such as: • CLOSE the condominium door • Respect the SILENCE at night by the stairs • Do not enter or exit in a SWIMSUIT. Other things to keep in mind: Please note that each guest must present a valid ID for identification at check-in and that the Host is obliged to report the arrival of guests to the police and the municipality (with ID details). You can enter independently with the codes that we will send you on the day of arrival, but before entering the house, we kindly ask you to go to the "Bar Crema & Cioccolato" (around the corner in Via Tomasicchio), where a friend of ours will be able to identify your document.
