Our second home is very special to us but we want others to make beautiful memories as we have in Keystone and Colorado in general. Please treat our home and the community property as it was your own . House Rules: No one under 30 may airbnb for our home. Kids (are allowed of course ) accompanied by adults. No pets please. No service animals. No party's please. The Fireplace(s) is for looks, not use. (We have heat) If carpet is stained, there can be fines up to $1000 If Police are called or noise complaints there will be a fine and you are responsible for it. No shoes on in condo. Must leave them by front door. Thank you No eating or drinking anywhere but the kitchen and large wooden family room table. Use coasters provided for drinks please to preserve the wood. There is a secruity camera facing the front door of the home and is on at ALL times. No unregistered guests. No smoking tobacco or marijuana or illegal drugs inside or on the balcony. There are 2 flights of stairs. ( no baby gates) Quiet hours are from 8pm-6am Please DO NOT LEAVE children unattended in the condo No leaving children unattended in the whirlpool room unless they of age of the rules of the spa No outside babysitter, nannies, friends or family allowed in the home outside the number of guests listed. Sorry for the rules, but our home is left in pristine condition for ourselves and our guests. We expect those using it to treat it with care. Please respect the environment when in Colorado. Please recycle. Parking is free in the covered garage. There are no assigned spaces so park wherever. I will mail your keycards directly to you prior to your trip for your convenience. Just leave them on the counter when you leave. I am available anytime day or night. Just a text away. I can help with most advice on trips you would like to take outside of Keystone (I.E boulder, Denver, Vail, Brek, Dillon, Lovelands Pass) We are very familiar with Keystone/Brekenridge/Vail area for eating (family style pubs, bars, dancing, fine dining , exotic dining) , cheap rentals ( car and ski /board equipment) and leisure time ( things to do). Keystone is beautiful. The first stop after about an hour drive from Denver into the Mountains. We are located walking distance to Keystone Lodge and Spa. A few minutes drive if that to rentals and food and a gas station. Close to grocery stores and leisure activities as well. Even close to a playground for kids. Please no pets, no smoking indoors, and PLEASE take off your shoes when you walk in.
