Please treat our home and the community property as it was your own . No pets please or service animals, our son is very allergic, sorry. No parties please. Please take off your shoes by the front door. Want to keep the inside looking nice. Thank you There is a secruity camera facing the front door of the home and is on at ALL times. No unregistered guests. No smoking inside please (there's a perfectly good balcony for that) No outside babysitter, nannies, friends or family allowed in the home outside the number of guests listed. Sorry for the rules, but our home is left in pristine condition for ourselves and our guests. We expect those using it to treat it with care. Please respect the environment when in Colorado. Please recycle. Guest access Parking is free in the covered garage. There are no assigned spaces so park wherever. Keycards are in a lockbox in the garage.
