For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor with a full bathroom next to it. The first floor also, a cozy living room with a comfortable couch and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor. All guests have exclusive access to this entire property, private pool, and all of the clubhouse amenities at no additional cost except for the golf course (discounts available). To get in, you will be at the security gate, checked ID and provided with a guest pass for the duration of your stay. You will need to provide us names so we can register you with the security gate. Guests will have access to the entire house. The surrounding area is a residential gated community. Guests will have access to all Oasis Club amenities complimentary. There will be a $35 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it. PACKAGES DELIVERY • You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. POOL HEATER: • We offer pool heating for an additional $30.00 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you. • Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.
