If you prefer to be in the center of it all, this is a great place to stay in. But please bear in mind that the area tends to be very busy during rush hours and during the weekends. Guest access Your room will be one of the 6units in the building. Common areas will be the building lobby and the small bar at the ground floor. PARKING: No parking available in the building for a vehicle. There is a small pay parking nearby called Pepco Pay parking (10min walk) but with limited slots, so please manage your expectations. During your stay There will be employees on site to assist you. You may choose to communicate with them via app for contactless assistance. Other things to note WIFI/INTERNET SPEED: Provider is Sky Broadband, 50MBPS CLEANING SERVICE: Housekeeping is provided once a week. However, if stay is for more than 7nights, cleaning will be at additional charge of PHP300/week for once a week cleaning. You can pay for this when you check-in.
