Close to the beautiful beach near south Cape San Blas, this large private site is ready for your tent, camper or RV! Public beach access is approximately 500 feet away. It's a 0.1 mile drive or a 5 minute walk. This is a pet friendly beach! The lot is large enough for you to bring your boat with easy access to a boat ramp just a few miles away. This is in an ideal location between Port St. Joe and Apalachiocla, home to some of the best oysters in the world. There is a bicycle trail nearby as well as a playground and tennis courts and a large walking trail across the lot into protected land. Restaurants like Cat 5 and Indian Pass Raw Bar are minutes away. All utilities included with electrical (50/30 amp), sewer, water and WiFi. We also have a large picnic table and a fire pit. We recently added pampas grass around the lot to give more privacy. Long-term rental options are available.
