The 1st floor has an open plan design, kitchen, dining and living area. 2 private balcony overlook the developments communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens. This area also has comfortable outdoor seating for up to 6 people. The space The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including a dish washer and washing machine. Whilst the large dining table can comfortably seat 8 people. On the 2nd floor are the master bedroom, guest bedroom and TV room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and all amenities which include a fully equipped gym and large swimming pool with sun loungers. Please make yourself at home. While you may have the apartment to yourselves, you won't be alone when it comes to planning your trip. Free concierge services are available, to help you book activities such as bike & car rentals and anything else. Other things to note The cleaning fee covers your departure cleaning and 1 cleaning per week during your stay. You will always check-in to a clean villa and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee. Please note: Electricity usage is not included in the rental rate and is charged at 6 baht per unit.
