Historic 1890s Cottage: Walk to the Square/Beach

Heavenhill Guesthouse has been hosting guests since 2012! Just blocks from the historic Granbury square. This fully renovated 1890s cottage caters to four guests with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Plus a fabulous back porch where a majority of guests spend most of their time with the four provided rocking chairs. Walking distance to the convention center, city beach, square, Hewlett Park and museums. Stay awhile and soak up some history! The space Heavenhill is a little cottage located at the end of Bridge Street--one of the best streets in Granbury's historic district! Not many cottages remain in Granbury so witness first hand how the common folks lived back in the late 1800s/early 1900s. Completely renovated in 2012 by the owner who is an Interior Designer--Heavenhill is a combination of art and history. Guest access Guests get the whole house to themselves. The owner lives off the property so you most likely will never see me! The barn and chicken coop are not open to the public. Other things to note Base price is for double occupancy. Additional guests are $25/night/guest plus hotel tax. Please make sure to specify the correct number of guests staying at Hh. We love to share Hh and all it’s wonderment with children. Kiddos are considered an additional guest when it comes to guest fees. If you like to go antiquing then Witherspoon's Antique Mall is the place to stop! Shelbie has just opened up a Furniture and Home Decor consignment store next door to the antique mall called Witherspoon’s House—both are conveniently located in Heavenhill's backyard! ❤️ Also, Heavenhill is a very old home so please remember it has its quirks and that's what makes it so special...if it rains too much the front door swells—things like that may occur so please be patient if something doesn't work just perfectly like a new house! I have exterior security cameras placed around the premises. Cameras are located on the barn (front and back), front corner of the cottage, back porch, back patio, and on the west side fence facing Hh. I do not have any cameras inside the cottage. I am so excited to share Hh with you! It is a very special place for me and for many other past guests.
