This super cute home is located on the North End of Tybee and just 2 blocks to the North End Beach off the Bay St & Byers St crossover! Enjoy the Marsh View from the hot tub & Great Sunroom w/Pool Table. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, kayaking, swimming & parks. You’ll love the huge kitchen, coziness, location, views, high ceilings + access for streaming services! This space is good for couples, solo adventurers, wedding parties, families, & big groups. 4BD/2BA W/ FREE PARKING! The space Live like a local in our fully equipped kitchen! This home is perfect for relaxing, whether you're here for vacation or part of a wedding party here to see off the bride and groom! An abundance is seating is available throughout the home, which makes this the ultimate get-together home!!! Lots of dining options: 4 Seats at the bar in the kitchen & 4 4-seater dining sets in the Kitchen. Outside seating dining table for 8 on the front Porch. Glass top table in the Living Room currently seats three. The master bedroom is a king! The other three bedrooms have two queens each. The property will be cleaned after 7 days, with an extra cleaning fee (double cleaning fee) added if the stay is longer than 7 days. **We are excited to welcome our guest to play our new slate pool table** HOWEVER, any damages, broken items, and/or missing items will be billed back to our guest. Also, when playing, be aware of your surroundings, for it is in our spacious sunroom. We reserve the right to charge guests in full for any reflecting damages, etc. The table is not to be sat on, laid on, stood on, or eaten on. 2 Full bathrooms are available for all guests. The home currently Wi-Fi for streaming TV. Only one bedroom does not currently have a TV. **SOMETHING TO NOTE REGARDLESS OF HOME YOU CHOOSE TO BOOK ON TYBEE: Regardless of speed purchased on Tybee Island, Comcast has a tendency to come in and out for internet with our summer storms (we are on an island off the mainland). This is not specific to our home but is Islandwide! We do have Netflix and other streaming services however please note the internet can be spotty so we are including 100s of DVDs in the home as well you're welcome to watch but please don't take them home with you! Guest access The whole home is open for our guests to enjoy! There is an amazing view that over looks a small yard behind the home overlooking the marsh. This connects to another property and our neighbors have requested that we just let all guests know in advance to please not walk in their yard or out to the marsh (it isn't my property). NO SMOKING. Other things to note Regardless of where you end up booking on Tybee, before booking please look up local events/parades, road work, possible future storms, weather and tides. Traffic can be backed up due to major events or an accident on the island, or changes in weather like rain lead to a lot of people leaving the beach all at once, so it's a good idea to plan ahead and know what's going on! If you decide to go into Savannah for the day, plan ahead for your return at night. It is fully recommended to do this research in advance and to monitor radar on your stay. Tybee is a super fun place and our Island loves to have a good time. We often have fireworks for major holidays also which are well attended. During a Full Moon, especially on a Super Moon, a high tide or even a King Tide can happen which is when the tides are even higher than normal. While very rare, it is possible, water can also cross over the main road US Hwy 80 coming onto and leaving the Island so please plan ahead for that. The city and county may close roads temporarily as it isn't safe to drive through water so you may need to plan accordingly to arrive early or later to the Island. We provide you with starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. It is up to you to purchase additional toilet paper and paper towels as this is the biggest difference between a rental home and a hotel :-) I do recommend picking up some local No Gnatz bug spray which works wonders with mosquitoes and sand gnats for your stay! We are located near the water and depending on the time of year, mosquitoes tend to be out! Please keep all doors and windows shut throughout your stay as to not let AC out plus bugs are hard to keep out of beach homes and I am diligent about keeping the home clean! If you require a special sized pot or pan for a specialty dish, please plan to bring it or purchase upon arrival! I have lots of items in the kitchen for you to enjoy and you should find pretty much everything that you need to have a great stay! My coffee pot takes flat bottom filters (please bring your own coffee and filters). Early check-in or Late Check-out fee is $150.00 Early check-ins must be arranged in advance. Can't be the same day as the check-in date. Late checkout is subject to approval PET POLICY: All pets must be preapproved prior to booking. - We do not allow cats/other animals. - Dogs are WELCOME! However, you must indicate the size, breed & age in your booking ahead of time, so please do not instantly book if you intend to bring a dog (Pitbull or Bully Breeds, Cane Corso, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Dobermann or Any other aggressive breed are not allowed). - A pet fee of $100 will be required per pet (2 pets max). This fee will be charged for Emotional Support Animals and must be paid prior to check-in. Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.
