The deck is partially shaded for those who want to simply relax in the coolness of the ocean breeze, while the other half of the deck is uncovered for the sun lovers who want to bask in the warmth of the day. The grey sofa opens into a queen sized sleeper for those late night owls who want to watch Netflix all night and not commit to going to a bedroom to sleep. :) The hot tub is on the deck for your relaxation at the end of the day. The hot tub is up and running all year long. The storage closet at the end of the hall contains extra pillows and blankets for your comfort, as well as some extra floor space for travel bags, and shelves for items.
