Entering the home, you are welcomed by a casual elegance of modern,  rustic furnishings and decor. The family room area has comfy sofas to sit and relax while enjoying the wood burning fireplace or your favorite shows and movies on the large flatscreen TV. Entertain at the home's wet bar, or play a board game or friendly game of cards at the occasional table in the family room. Whip up a great meal in the modern convenient kitchen, offering newer appliances, including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven and microwave. There is ample counter space for all to help with meal prep. A standard coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine are provided. Gather around the dining table and enjoy your meal, there is additional seating provided at the breakfast bar. Step out to the upper deck and dine al fresco or grill on the propane barbecue. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and serene setting that Big Bear has to offer. Once back inside, head down the hall where you will find  a full restroom and the bedrooms of the home. The master offers a king bed, a 3/4 bath and ample closet space. A flatscreen TV is offered as well as the room having back patio access to the back yard area. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, ample closet space and patio access to the back yard area. The third bedroom offers a queen and twin bed, ample closet space and a flatscreen TV. Head out back to enjoy the hot tub, soak under the stars after a day of hiking or snow sports, the perfect way to unwind. And no bother with the hot tub cover, this one is simple to operate! Don't forget to bring your fur babies, this pet friendly home has a fully fenced backyard area. More entertainment can be found in the converted garage area. With finished floors and a relaxing sofa and recliner, the gamers in the group will enjoy the large flatscreen TV.  There is a Foosball table, a vintage style arcade game and the Flatscreen TV is HDMI compatible, use the home WIFI to game online! All you need to bring is your console. Just off the game room area you will find the half bathroom and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer provided for your use.
