Within very short walking distance to movies, groceries ,shopping and dining This condo is about 9 miles from Sarasota airport and about 13 miles from downtown Sarasota, about 6.8miles from the Bradenton Beach , about 10 miles from Anna Maria Island Less than 1 mile to the big gate of the IMG academy We provide guests with beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas to use We provide full set of Washer and dryer in the condo for guests to use In this unit, you will find 2 bedrooms with 4 beds ( 1 king size and 1 twin XL bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom) and 2 bathrooms, of which a parental continuation with dressing room. The kitchen is equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwaves, refrigerator, toaster, Coffee maker ...) with the dishes for 5 people. The kitchen goes on on a corner to have breakfast, and the living room opens on a patio in front of a pond 。 The accommodation has the air-conditioning ,WiFi access is provided. We provide normal soft pillows, mattresses and bed sheets. We have different softness pillows placed in the closet to meet the needs of different guests. We do the top to bottom cleaning between every guests. We change and clean up all the bed sheets ，pillow cases , comforters and towels totally between guests.
