It's close to some great restaurants, parks, nightlife, and all the great landmarks in the area! Amenities include a full kitchen with Keurig/K-cups, Wifi, Smart Roku TV with apps, full bath with towels, shampoos/lotions, laundry room, and workspace with desk to name a few. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this space is perfect for anyone traveling, studying, working remotely, etc. The space This is a 2-bedroom 1-bathroom, second floor apartment. The kitchen, dining room and living room reveal a stylish open floor-plan as soon as you enter. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full-size bed, and the living room has a sofa bed. As such, this space sleeps 4 people very comfortably. There is also a workspace desk w/chair in the living room, perfect for remote working, study, etc. The app-operated washers/dryers can be found in the laundry room right around the building and down the stairs. The surrounding area has free on-street and off-street parking. Guest access A smart electronic lockbox is located at the entrance steps of the building, on the left-hand side railing. Entrance is 100% self check-in, and guests are provided the passcode on their check-in date 2 hours prior to check-in time. There are 3 keys: 1 for the building, 1 for the apartment, and 1 for the laundry room. Once you get into the building, the apartment will be the one on the second floor (you will see the "2" on the apartment door).
