Tenuta Belvedere is an authentic relaxing corner in Otranto, 250 meters from the sea and 650 meters from the old town.
 Orsa Maggiore 3 is a spacious ground-floor apartment that has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a comfortable living/dining room and an equipped kitchen. The entrance porch is furnished with armchairs, while the gazebo near the kitchen has a large table for outdoor dining. Covered area: 96 m2. Terrace porch: 15 m2. Gazebo: 18 m2. The space The love for the sea and the land was the impulse to bring the estate back to life, transforming it from the old farm where vine shoots were cultivated and cattle were raised, into a home among the olive trees destined to host and transmit the echo of those feelings to its guests. This is the dream that came true at the end of the 1960s by the Tondi della Mura family, owners of Tenuta Belvedere. With the renovation of the farm, to which new buildings have been added over the years, the intention was to create a comfortable house between the countryside and the village, surrounded by the greenery of the olive trees and close to the center. Tenuta Belvedere is an authentic corner of relaxation in the heart of Otranto, 250 meters from the beaches of the promenade and 650 meters from the ancient village where the castle is located, the Cathedral, Restaurants, bars and shops. An ancient historic home in which to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of a flower garden within walking distance of the sea.
The structure retains the charm, elegance and tranquility of the country houses of Salento: a place where you can experience the authenticity of handmade things and the freshness of the houses by the sea.
The estate is divided into a central body, used as a simple, refined and welcoming main residence with access from the eighteenth-century farmyard, and in the other buildings with large guesthouses for guests. From each dwelling, the gaze sweeps over the lawn and the patch of flowering bushes and hedges. An attempt was made to favor an idea of open space, creating very airy and relaxing environments.
Olive and pine trees protect the dwellings as if in an embrace, while laurel and oleander hedges surround the private gardens of each apartment, so as to protect their privacy. Good taste and style find their best expression inside the houses: each house has been furnished as if inhabited by the owners; the furniture, some of which belonged to the great-great-grandparents, is all of artisan origin. 
Tenuta Belvedere aims to offer guests a holiday in simple but charming housing units with a hospitality formula that will put you at ease from the moment you arrive. Children can play and run inside our Mediterranean park, free and in direct contact with nature, and adults, under the pergolas, can relax in the peace and quiet of the countryside that surrounds them.
