All modern amenities available. The space Our home is adjacent to the listed property in a quiet neighborhood. The Frederica Family Home has a basement for kids to play fuse ball and ping pong. There is plenty of open space to walk your pet. Frederica is a classic river town at its core. Home of the new sports complex, Delaware Turf. Frederica is a quaint idyllic spot to escape for a moment of quiet reflection by the water. It is nicknamed Frogtown because of its location near the wetlands (and their amphibian residence). Frederica is a former port site that has evolved into a charming Delaware village with gorgeous nature views and a warm welcoming community. Guest access Our guests will be able to access the entire house with plenty of parking. The garage is not available. Other things to note: Trash and recycle are collected at approximately 6:00 am on Mondays. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm-8:00 am. Checkout is at 11:00 am. Please leave keys on the kitchen table, lock all the doors and take out trash. The house has a security camera attached to the garage.
