We are a five minute walk to the beach, and are in the unit of four Villas that are the closest walk to the Sanctuary Hotel. Town of Kiawah Island Business License Number: RBL 20-000307. Parking for 2 cars immediately in front of the villa. Our villa was recently redecorated (April 2020) and refurbished with new furniture from Pottery Barn. 692 square feet of accommodation, with a kitchen, dining area, living room, king bed, and bathroom with walk in glass shower. We provide linens, kitchen utensils, and everything you'll need to relax in style. The apartment has a locked owner closet which is not available to access. The rest of the space is yours to enjoy. Kiawah Island Villa checkin provide concierge service to assist with golf, tennis, bike rentals, kayaks and more...... East Beach village, a walk to the 10 mile long beach. We are the closest villa to the 5 star Sanctuary Hotel. A particular favorite is the Lobby Bar. We are a 5 mile drive or bike ride to Freshfields, perfect for groceries, boutique stores and varied casual dining. Kiawah has 35 miles of bike paths. As a guest the amenity fee (included in our rates) allows access to a complimentary shuttle bus service to anywhere on Island We are Jackie and Duncan, and from January 1st, 2022, we are taking over the management of the Villa ourselves. The results will be significantly improved cleaning. The linens we use have the luxurious feel you'd expect when visiting a location such as Kiawah Island. We offer complimentary Nespresso coffee, beach chairs, and beach towels.
