Ivy Lane is situated on the Whitefish chain which is part of a 14 chain of lakes in the Brained Lakes area. The Whitefish chain is known for boating, water sports, fishing, and it's many scenic views. There are many restaurants as well as nearby golfing, shopping, ATV, snowmobiling and bike trails. There are endless activities to be enjoyed year around. The home is perfectly situated to take in the sunset from the patio or screened in porch. The main level with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has been designed to enjoy lake life at its finest. The bunk room and loft are the perfect place to let kids hang out and have their space play before tucking them in after a long day of fun filled north woods activities. It's like being at camp with your favorite friends and family. This property is licensed to host 16 guests. Ivy Lane guests will have use of the lake home, as well as the dock, for a place to secure your boat or a rented boat during your stay We will send you check-in instructions prior to arrival. Upon arrival please look for the book of Things To Do in the area and other property instruction. This book will be found in the kitchen of the home. We will be accessible by phone or text for any additional questions during your stay. There is bike/running trail located just up the road off of W. Shore Drive, and ATV/Snowmobiling trails across the street on the Fawn Lake trails From Ivy Lane you have access to many quaint towns to explore including Crosslake, Breezy Point, Pequot Lake, Jenkins, Pine River, Nisswa & Brainerd Should you encounter any inclement weather during your stay, there is a safe room with concrete reinforced walls and ceiling right off the mud room for you and your guests to safely harbor during storms.
