Enjoy a complete experience with a pool, slide, jacuzzi, spacious gardens, and entertainment areas such as a pool table, foosball table, and basketball court. A private, safe and exclusive environment for an unforgettable stay. Guest access 🔑🏡All areas of the house are exclusively for the guest! Other things to note ⭐ We want your stay to be comfortable, safe, and without surprises. Please keep the following in mind: 🥤🍽️ Food and drinks It is advisable to bring food and beverages for your stay, as the area is very quiet and there are no nearby establishments where you can easily shop. This way you can enjoy the house in comfort, without worrying about going out to get supplies during your visit. ⚠️ Accessibility The house has several stairs and slopes, so it might not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or older adults who require more accessible spaces. ⚡ Electricity supply We do not have a power generator; the supply depends entirely on CFE. 🏊 Pool and heating The pool has solar panels, a thermal cover, and a gas boiler available at an additional cost. The boiler service must be requested in advance, as it takes 8 to 10 hours to reach an approximate temperature of 28–30°C. Payment is made by transfer. Depth: 4.9 ft (1.5 m) at the deepest part and 1.6 ft (0.5 m) in the shallow area. The final temperature depends on the weather, so we cannot guarantee it 100%. 📺 TV and Internet The house has 2 TVs larger than 60". SKY is not included. We have very high-speed internet, compatible with platforms such as Netflix, HBO, Fox, Blim, Prime Video, etc., in 4K quality. We do not provide accounts; you will need to log in with yours and log out at the end of your stay. 🐾 Pets Pets are not allowed, as we have had guests with allergies to dog hair.
