The space This Villa is spacious and spectacular with a unique double loft that has 2 additional full beds for extra guest. The villa also has a large patio complete with a 60" propane grill along with a table for guest to enjoy plenty of meals outdoors. The patio also has a propane fire pit with plenty of chairs complete with a stone wall for extra seating to just sit back and cozy up to the fire and enjoy the outdoors. The patio backs up to a walking trail and wooded tree line creating plenty of privacy at night which is peaceful and scenic. Inside the villa, it is complete with an updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite counters with seating for up to 8. The kitchen also opens up to a nicely decorated 3 season room. The dining room also has seating for 8 for those large indoor meals. The villa also has a dedicated work space for your convenience during your stay. This is the perfect place to enjoy near the beach in a beautiful resort style community complete with lots of amenities including shuttle service to Bethany Beach which operates a few days a week during the peak summer season only. This villa is also very close and in walking distance to all amenities such as both clubhouses, and both pools, one pool features a lazy river with slides that everyone can enjoy!
