The space The Ischia Room is an ideal solution for three guests who are looking for space, comfort and a view that makes the stay even more special. It can accommodate up to three people thanks to a large double bed and an additional single bed, arranged in a functional way to ensure freedom of movement and a pleasant rest. The room reflects traditional Sorrentine style, with elegant furnishings and carefully selected details that create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Its true highlight is the private balcony, furnished with a table and chairs and overlooking Piazza Tasso and Corso Italia: a privileged space where you can experience the city from above, surrounded by lights, sounds and constant movement. The room is equipped with efficient hot/cold air conditioning, fast and stable Wi-Fi—perfect also for remote working or streaming—and a large Smart TV. Guests also have access to a desk, mini fridge, kettle, safe and open wardrobes, making the stay practical and well organized. The private bathroom features a chromotherapy shower, bidet, hairdryer and courtesy kit. Each guest is provided with three towels (face, shower and bidet towel), while bed linen is included to ensure maximum comfort throughout the stay. Guest access Access to the property is arranged through an in-person check-in with a member of our staff, who will personally welcome you and provide all the information you need to fully enjoy your stay in Sorrento. It is therefore necessary to agree on your arrival time in advance: after booking, you will be contacted privately to organize the check-in. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. For arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM, a supplement of €30 applies, while for arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM, the cost is €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. The property is located on the first floor and requires climbing a few steps to reach it. Upon arrival, a valid ID will be required for guest registration, as required by Italian law. During your stay The host will be available before and during your stay to welcome you into the house, give you assistance and provide you with local advices on the best restaurants, places to visit, sightseeing, transport and any other type of information requested. Other things to note The property is located in the very center of Sorrento, in a limited traffic area where it is not possible to park directly. Several paid guarded parking options are available nearby, with daily rates generally ranging between €25 and €36. Given the extremely central location, having a car is not necessary and is often impractical for getting around. Upon arrival, a valid ID will be required in order to register guests with the relevant authorities, as required by Italian law. A tourist tax is also required from April to October, to be paid in cash upon arrival. The amount is €4 per person per night (excluding minors), for a maximum of 7 nights. There is a shared kitchen in the property that is not available for guest use. Guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and to maintain respectful behavior towards neighbors and other guests, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone.
