In the Rio Dulce river near a 16th century castle the Tortugal Boutique River Lodge peninsula is bathed by almost constant on shore breezes providing a cool and refreshing place. This special location upriver from the village and bridge gives the pleasure of clean water for swimming in the deliciously reviving Rio Dulce. A nicely located diving platform leads to the floating sun deck thoughtfully furnished with comfortable loungers providing the ideal place to watch river traffic going by.
