The historic 4-star 5 Ojo Inn is situated on the highest peak within Eureka Springs, Arkansas and has been dubbed one of the South's Finest Inns. This multi award-winning Inn has nine rooms/suites and features two authentic Victorian homes and two cottages on the historic loop of town. (LOD125-0298) The space The Kensington Suite is located on the second story of the Ojo house. The room features a comfortable Queen size bed and a large bathroom that includes an extra large jetted tub for two and shower combination. A private balcony overlooks the back of the property. Additional amenities include: small refrigerator, hairdryer, Keurig coffee maker, cable tv, private balcony, complimentary WIFI, air-conditioning and designated parking. Max occupancy (2). Children 10 yrs. and up are permitted. *Please note: this room is located on the 2nd story of the Ojo House and requires climbing interior stairs to access the room. Guest access All guests have access to our dining room, parlor, outdoor spaces, hot tub deck and hot tub. During your stay Tom and Susan Harman, purchased 5 Ojo Inn Bed and Breakfast in November 2014 and are extremely honored to be continuing the tradition started by Kate Bixler Glenny in 1902. Susan worked in the hospitality industry for nearly 12 years with many of the finest four and five star independent & boutique hotels in the world. Her work in digital marketing and customer service has allowed her to travel to many properties and has helped cultivate a vision for what 5 Ojo Inn Bed and Breakfast should be. This experience along with a love for people and service provides the perfect platform for managing 5 Ojo Inn Bed and Breakfast. She remains very active in the hospitality industry, local volunteer commissions and city politics. Tom comes from the corporate banking world where he worked on ensuring a high level of customer service both to large corporate as well as retail customers around the world. His financial skills balance well with the inn and keep everything behind the scenes running smoothly. Tom has always had a love for cooking that migrates well with managing the daily gourmet breakfasts at 5 Ojo Inn Bed and Breakfast. He is constantly looking for crowd pleasing recipes. Other things to note Pets(Dogs only): We provide pet friendly lodging for pre-approved dogs only. Dogs up to 50 pounds are welcomed in either the Carriage House, Devonshire Suite or Willow Cottage. There is a $30 per day charge per dog with a two pet limit per room. Pets must be well behaved and not left alone in our rooms for extended periods of time. Pet owners must clean up after their pets while staying with us. Pet approval must be obtained prior to booking your reservation. Service dogs are welcome without fee, but must be with the owner at all times and not left in the room alone. Emotional Support animals will be subject to our regular pet fee. A $250 fee will be charged for any damages, repairs or excessive cleaning needed upon inspection of dog friendly room after check-out. Pets brought into any other rooms will also be accessed a $250 cleaning fee to ensure that our non-pet rooms are safe for guests with animal allergies.
