This cottage includes 2 brs with a king size bed & private bathroom in the primary, a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, & 2 sleeper sofas to accommodate up to 8 guests. Comes fully furnished & with A/C, linens, TV , a 2nd bathroom, & a kitchen with full appliances, toaster, coffee maker & microwave. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table. ***Linens are not provided for 30+ days stays. Monthly linen bundles can be purchased The space A premier vacation destination. We are a 32 acre resort with cottages and RV sites, ideal for families or a getaway for a couple. We are located just ten minutes from all the major attractions in New Braunfels and a convenient 15 minute trip into San Antonio or 45 minutes into Austin.
