A dog under 40 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. On Saturdays, guests will not be allowed to go to the property prior to 5 pm. Complexes will no longer allow guests on site until their unit is ready. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in's that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver's license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in. Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
