La Majadera, Exclusive Villa with private pool

Our house is 25 years old: swimming poolm nature, and unique moments to enjoy Enjoy a private Villa with a swimming pool and barbecue in a well-cared-for, respectful, sustainable, and friendly environment, surrounded by the local wildlife. It is a charming place with Tenerife's history, ocean views, and our neighbour, Gran Canaria. This is a family from the Canary Islands. The space The private villa was the reformation of an old Canarian house, and we have tried to maintain the style in which it was built in the 19th century. On entering, you find the spacious living room with a central fireplace. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed suite-style, the bathroom integrated inside the room with a bath. The other bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The living room with fireplace and tv, and the kitchen has a microwave, hob and all the accessories you may need. Finally, the dining room has a large table. Outside you find the garden with fruit trees, the swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and the barbecue. Guest access Our Villa is private and exclusive so that you can enjoy the swimming pool, bbq and the house only for you. The only thing that maybe you can share it's a garage. Other things to note We are currently the 43rd colony of cats in the municipality of El Rosario. We make sure that all the cats in our area are neutered, chipped, and vaccinated. They are also up for adoption, looking for a new family. We have WIFI and a washing machine, if you want, you can pay for it.
