Available for weekly Friday to Friday rentals in the summer. A 2021 Pontoon boat is also available to rent with the property. The space The home was purchased in 2018 and is the 2nd property on the lake for the owner. 3 bedrooms - 2 upstairs and 1 on the main level. Master bath was remodeled in 2019 with 2 sinks and a 5-foot tile shower, the other full bath has a tub/shower. Large, updated kitchen with dining area overlook the lake. Adjacent is the living room with new leather furniture. Most of the amenities, furniture/beds were new in the last 5 years. There is a very large deck with only 5 steps down to the grass and sand where there is a paddle boat, 2 kayaks, and 2 stand up paddle boards for your use. There is a 100-foot-long dock, sandy bottom and wonderful swimming. Great property for families with children and couples. A newet 20-foot pontoon boat with a 60hp engine is available for rent. Great restaurants are nearby and fantastic shopping in downtown Rockford. Numerous bike trails are close and Cannonsburg Ski area is 3 miles away. Guest access The entire home is available, fully furnished with everything you need for your stay except food and drinks. Other things to note Rare to find a property that has a boat available to rent. A newer 20-foot quad lounger pontoon boat with a 60 hp engine is available to reserve. I have it available for either property so the first to reserve has it. Life Jackets for all sizes are available. Normally the property is generally rented Friday to Friday in the peak summer weeks. Please inquire if Friday to Friday doesn't work for you and we can discuss options. The property is in a residential neighborhood. If you expect your group to be loud at night outside, it is probably not the best fit. The neighbors are great, but I want to keep them happy and not waking up at night due to loud activity.
