There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Public transportation and Amtrak is available in Grand Rapids. Uber and Lyft do service the area. If you expect your group to be loud at night outside, it is probably not the best fit. The neighbors are great, but I want to keep them happy and not waking up at night due to loud activity.
