The space Our 75 m² four-room flat is spread over two floors – the ground floor and first floor – and is the largest flat in our building. “La Pergola” is laid out as follows: on the ground floor, there is a living area with a sofa, a TV area, a dining area with a table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchenette, a spacious double bedroom with French windows overlooking the garden, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower (no window). On the first floor, there are two twin bedrooms with a view and a full bathroom with a shower (with a window). The outdoor swimming pool with panoramic view (6m x 12m) is open from May to September. - Our farm: The Podere Doganelle purchased by Orlando Pazzagli in the early 1900s, is located in the heart of the Maremma and has ancient origins. It owes its name to the ancient customs house that, located there, controlled the traffic of salt in the Middle Ages. It is currently managed by Giulio and Tommaso Bocci, Orlando's great-grandchildren. The Tuscan farm covers 115 hectares, cultivated mainly with wheat, sunflowers, tomatoes and alfalfa, with a centuries-old olive grove.
