The space Belaire proudly deserves its name from its Downtown Views and boasts over 200 reviews from our past guests! At first glance, the twinkling lights of the city scape reminded us of the views of the hills in Belaire in Orange County! A perfect setting to enjoy the sunset with a glass of Umpqua Valley Wine. Beulaire is a Suite below April & Pauls residence. It is not a whole house reservation. Your Suite is completely private and well separated from the upper level. Although it is very quiet, we do share air ducts which may carry a movie or music sound from one level to another as well as heating/cooling sounds. Most guests as well as Paul & April rarely hear anything but if this is bothersome, you may want to check one of thier other properties. *There are no firearms allowed on this property
