Or if you need to separate for awhile enjoy the comfortable finished bonus room with 50" smart tv, soft sectional, laundry room off bonus room and walk outside to private outdoor shower, gas grill seating area with cooling fan - relax in private and play corn hole or bocci or a ringtoss at end of day! Guest access This is a private rental. You have access to the entire home. Private parking for 3 cars is available. Other things to note There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and dish soap when you arrive but you will need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.), as needed. Everything you need from high quality linens, bath towels, chairs, beach towels, and beach gear is provided for a memorable beach getaway! OUR UNIT IS NON SMOKING. Please smoke outdoors and responsibly discard all smoking debris. Evidence of smoking in the unit will result in an immediate and non-refundable $500.00 cleaning fee charged against your card. NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 10 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 10 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits. ITEMS LEFT IN UNIT: The owner will not be held responsible for any personal items left in the units. If you request us to retrieve and mail items left in the unit, you will be responsible for mailing/shipping charges plus $25.00 processing fee. INOPERABLE EQUIPMENT: Should any mechanical failures occur during your stay, we will do our best to make prompt and thorough repairs. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for inconvenience caused by inoperable equipment. SWIMMING POOL: The pool closes daily at dusk (fall/winter season usually is about 5:30 and spring/summer is about 9:00pm). Pool is regularly cleaned, treated and maintained. Following inclement weather or high winds, pool service cannot be expected “on demand” for removal of fallen leaves or minor debris. Pool skimmers are available for your use if you need them. Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 82 degrees. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool can be maintained to that degree. No refunds will be offered if the pool temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather. Under no circumstances are guests to change any settings on the pool equipment. Any repair charges resulting from a guest tampering with the pool equipment will be the responsibility of the guest. SECURITY SYSTEM: There is an exterior security monitoring system for everyone's safety as per my insurance policy. The camera is in front and in back of house. It is only a surveillance for the perimeter of the property. It does not in any way invade in your privacy in the back or front and is only outdoors. INTERNET SERVICE: We offer free Wifi for your convenience. Due to the numerous different providers and age and configuration of your personal computer, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to connect. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot be held responsible and no refunds will be offered if you are unable to take advantage of this service. LIABILITY: Tenant agrees to hold Landlord harmless from all liabilities and all costs of defense, including attorney’s fees arising out of tenant’s use or possession of the leased property, and all claims, damages and liability incurred to invitees, family or friends of Tenant.
